How do you ship perishable food items?
We ship our meats frozen in insulated liners with dry ice or gel packs to ensure they arrive at a safe temperature. We recommend unpacking and refrigerating or freezing your items immediately upon delivery.
What is regenerative farming?
Regenerative farming is a holistic land management practice that leverages the power of photosynthesis in plants to close the carbon cycle and build soil health, crop resilience, and nutrient density.
Can I modify or cancel my order after it has been placed?
Because we begin processing orders quickly to ensure freshness, we can only accept modifications or cancellations within 2 hours of order placement. Please contact our customer service team immediately for assistance.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only ship within the contiguous United States to ensure that our perishable products maintain their quality and safety standards during transit.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged or if there are issues with the temperature of your products, please take photos and contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will work with you to provide a replacement or a refund.
Are your animals grass-fed and finished?
Yes, our cattle and sheep are 100% grass-fed and grass-finished. They spend their entire lives on pasture, grazing on a diverse mix of forages without the use of added hormones or antibiotics.
